The room was spacious and had a big double bed along with two singles, which was great for the family. But honestly, it could use some updating. The decor was okay, but not super modern. The soundproofing was decent. we didn't hear much noise from outside. Overall, it felt comfortable enough for our stay, despite those small issues.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bloomfield House Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in had beautiful decor and great views, which added to the overall experience. I loved the tranquil lakeshore location. it was so restful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant served delicious meals. I was particularly impressed with the dinner options, which were varied and well-executed. However, check-in was a bit frustrating. I had called ahead to let them know I would arrive early, and I was disappointed with the options for changing clothes—only public facilities were offered. Staff at reception seemed inflexible to assist promptly, which left me feeling uneasy about the room availability later. Another downside was the noise from the family room next door. the walls seemed quite thin, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. I also noticed a lack of drink options during dinner service, which made it inconvenient to get a simple beverage. Overall, while the hotel has fantastic potential, these areas could use improvement.
